【性状】
本品为肠衣片，除去包衣后，显白色。
【鉴别】
取本品研细，称取适量（约相当于己酮可可碱50mg），加氯仿10ml，振 摇，滤过，滤液置水浴上蒸干，取残渣照己酮可可碱项下的鉴别(2)、(3)项试验，显相 同的反应。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品10片，除去肠衣后，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相 当于己酮可可碱0.1g），置100ml量瓶中，加水70ml，于温水浴中保温，振摇，使己酮 可可碱溶解，放冷，加水至刻度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液适量，加水定量稀释制 成每1ml中约含10μg 的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）在274nm 的波长处 测定吸收度，按C13H18N4O3的吸收系数（Ｅ1％ 1cm）为365 计算，即得。
