是84年经市政府批准建立的一所建筑类全日制普通中等专业学校，隶属于北京市城乡建设（集团）总公司，为首都城乡建设培养中级技术人才。建校以来，已有十届1000多名毕业生分布在首都建设战线，担负着技术工作，其中相当一部分已成为建筑企业的领导或技术骨干。
