性质:磷脂化合物中的磷酸甘油酯类。磷脂酰甘油是一类磷脂酸与甘油相缩合并具有疏水尾部(R1和R2)和以甘油基为极性头部的一类化合物,总称,存在于栅藻属(Scenedesmus)和细菌类的细胞膜中,属酸性磷酸甘油酯。在自然态下常在甘油的第三个羟基上以酯键与氨基酸类(如L-赖氨酸)相连接而成3′-O-赖氨酰磷脂酰甘油而存在于细菌胞膜中。已知与之相连接的氨基酸还有丙氨酸、谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸等。磷脂酰甘油也是胡萝卜素类脂生物合成的中间产物。在甘油存在下,可用蛋黄卵磷脂与磷脂酶D反应即可制得,通常是制成铵盐(L-α-磷脂酪DL-甘油铵盐)和钠盐。其脂肪酸(即R1和R2)组成16:0:31%~36%。18:0:10%~15%。18:1:31%~33%。18:2:14%~15%。当用合成法生产时,R1和R2以相同居多,如R1和R2都是棕榈酸的L-α-磷酯酪DL-甘油,C38H75O10PNH3,分子量740.0即是。应用于生化试剂。
