性质:又名头孢氯氨苄;氯头孢菌素;头孢氯。由氯头孢烯酸与苯甘氨酸合成的第一代头孢类抗生素。白色粉末。几乎不溶于水,难溶于甲醇、氯仿及苯。抗菌谱、作用及用途与头孢羟氨苄相同,但抗菌作用比头孢氨苄强。空腹服0.5g,血药浓度峰值达12.4μg/ml,主要分布于血液、内脏器官、皮肤组织中。脑脊液中浓度低。半衰期为0.8~1.3h,主要由肾排泄。用于呼吸道、泌尿道、皮肤软组织等部位的敏感菌感染。用药后多见轻度胃肠道反应、皮疹。
