共培养


按照一般体外授精、胚胎移植的常规,是将2~8分裂球阶段的胚胎转移到子宫腔内;而在自然妊娠过程,卵子和精子在输卵管壶腹部相遇,结合,受精卵在输卵管内分裂约3天后形成桑椹体才下降到子宫腔内。这也可能是体外受精、胚胎移植中成功率不高的原因。所谓共培养指采用人输卵管壶腹部上皮细胞,在HamF10或Earle培养液中培养6~7天形成结合—片的单层。在这样共培养条件下,78%胚胎可达到桑椹体阶段,69%可达到胚泡阶段。也可用输卵管上皮细胞飘流的培养液。另外,也有人应用成熟卵泡的颗粒细胞或子宫内膜细胞进行共培养,这些都在研究中。
