目的:肌浆网(sarcoplasmic reticulum,SR)通过2型ryanodine受体(RyR2)释放的Ca~(2+)是调控成熟心肌细胞兴奋收缩耦联的关键信号;但在胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cell,ES细胞)分化的心肌细胞和胚胎期心肌细胞中,SR的调控作用还不清楚。
