Research on the economic growth and fluctuations of ethnic regions is of great significance to explore the relationships between the development of regional economy and the self-development of ethnic groups as well as the policies towards the different ethnic regions in the evolution of economic and social development.

This article tries to analyze the effects on welfare and economic growth made by the inflow of unskilled workers to the residents of inflow country,with improving model of dynamic state of "International Macro-economy Basis" written by obsphered and lugulff.

Based on HP filter,we decomposed growth trend and fluctuation of the investment of the ten main Chinese industries and analyzed the features of each industrial investment growth fluctuation.
