温经汤
本方出自《金匮要略》。①组成：当归，白芍，川芎，阿胶，人参，桂枝，吴茱萸，丹皮，麦冬，半夏，生姜，甘草；②方解：当归、白芍、阿胶、麦冬、川芎、丹皮养血祛瘀；人参、甘草益气；吴茱萸、桂枝温阳散寒；生姜、半夏和胃，全方组成为温经散寒药与养血祛瘀药合用，使血得温而行，血行则瘀散，如下焦寒重，可去性寒的丹皮、麦冬，加小茴香、艾叶、肉桂、桂枝；③功用：温经散寒，活血祛瘀，用于血虚有寒兼有瘀血的病症，如月经不调，痛经、崩漏等。
