For the implementation of fast fault diagnosis,a method of designing the distributed fault tolerant control real-time data platform using OPC(object linking and embedding for process control) technology is presented.
为了实现快速故障诊断,该文提出了1种利用过程控制中的对象连接与嵌入(OPC)技术实现分布式容错控制实时数据平台的设计方法,建立实时快速故障诊断模块,将故障诊断部分交给故障诊断模块来处理,将故障诊断的结果作为实时优化先进控制模块的输入和控制器重构或重组部分的依据,同时事件总线技术的应用提高了系统的响应时间。
