Based on relevant research papers collected in CNKI,this paper makes statistical analysis on the the research papers on export-oriented economy in Suzhou City in 1994-2007 from four aspects of the time distribution,periodical distribution,author distribution and theme distribution.

According to the lastest statistical data of Jiangsu economy during "Ten Five" period,the entropy assessment method was used to evaluate the economic development of the north,the middle and the south of Jiangsu Province.

Further industrialization and specialization,further opening of Jiangsu economy have provided both great developme.

By analyzing,this paper concludes that in the early 21th century,Jiangsu economy will shift from excessively growing to steadily growing,and the industry development will evolve from the linear development of industry to the stimultaneous development of information technology and industry.
