大鼠输卵管粘膜上皮纤毛细胞游离面纤毛密集而整齐,生殖周期中未见明显的去纤毛、复纤毛的变化;细胞内线粒体丰富,核上区线粒体的电子密度较其它部位高;在动情间期,细胞内线粒体电子密度明显降低;细胞内线粒体退变出现于动情期,于动情后期加剧;溶酶体始见于动情期,动情后期及动情间期呈增多趋势;游离核糖体丰富,并于动情间期明显增量。

结果：增生早期，输卵管上皮纤毛细胞数较多，无纤毛细胞粘膜面多向管腔膨隆；增生中晚期，纤毛细胞数最丰富，无纤毛细胞表面多呈球形、半球形突向管腔，突起表面微绒毛极少；分泌早期，纤毛细胞数减少，无纤毛细胞表面略膨隆；分泌中晚期，纤毛细胞数明显减少，无纤毛细胞表面较平坦，微绒毛短而稀疏。

子宫内膜纤毛状或输卵管上皮化生
这类化生的子宫内膜上皮像输卵管的黏膜上皮，细胞呈高柱状或锥形、梨形、顶端向基底层，胞浆内含伊红色颗粒或空泡，核圆或椭圆，细胞的腔缘有纤毛。纤毛细胞在正常内膜中也存在，在增生时变多。因此，只有当数量很多时才能称为子宫内膜纤毛化生。如果在复杂型增生过长的基础上再有这种化生，常会误诊为腺癌，区别点是化生的细胞无异型性。病人临床表现为不正常阴道出血、白带多。应做诊断性刮宫和病理学检查，有助诊断。
