Objective:To determine the distribution of lymphocyte-homing molecules[peripheral lymph node vascular addressin(PNAd)and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)]in the lymph node and uterus of C57Bl/6 mice at gestation day 7.

The white pulp comprise the periaterial lymphatic sheath (PALS) and periellipsoidal lymphatic sheath (PELS), the latter being dominent and its lymphocytes being denser.
脾脏被膜较薄，小梁少而细，实质由白髓和红髓相间排列组成，前者包括精球周围淋巴鞘（ＰＥＬＳ）和动脉周围淋巴鞘（ＰＡＬＳ），未见淋巴小结。

periarterial lymphatic sheath
又称“淋巴索”。沿中央动脉环绕分布。在淋巴鞘的网状结缔组织的网眼中，含有大量密集的小淋巴细胞以及少量的巨噬细胞，而不含红细胞，偶见浆细胞。淋巴鞘为T淋巴细胞在脾内的主要分布区。此处的小淋巴细胞大多是T细胞。
