秋田石油储备基地(Akita 011 StorageTer-rninal)日本战略石油储备基地之r一，是10个基地中唯一采用半地下储油罐形式的基地。该基地分为东西两基地，在东基地设置内径gom，液深48m、容量30 .5万m3油罐连座，在西基地设置内径97m，液深53m、容量35.3万m3油罐8座，另有几座10万m3地上罐，总容量约450万m3，1994年全部建成· 地下储油罐的主要结构为钢筋混凝土，罐壁厚度2.0一乙7m〔地上部分为1.om)，罐底厚度为O，sm，加强环部分厚度1·4m，罐底坡度1/96。在钢筋混凝土结构内衬以钢板，底部钢板厚gmm，侧壁厚6mm。罐顶为钢制双盘浮顶结构。出油泵设置在油中，每小时能出油1 Zoom3。每座油罐均设置灭火设备，罐壁检漏装置、集水坑检漏装置、潜油泵自动停泵装置、地下水水位监测装置和地震监视装置等。 (战韵祥)
