【Objective】 To explore the relationship between biomechanical properties and the occurrence of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) though analysis on biomechanical properties of vaginal tissue, and expression of estrogen receptor (ER).
【目的】 通过对阴道前壁组织生物力学性质、雌激素受体表达水平的检测及其相关性的研究,阐述压力性尿失禁(SUI)和盆腔器官脱垂(POP)患者阴道组织的生物力学性质变化情况,从生物力学角度探讨盆底功能障碍性疾病的发病机制及其影响因素。

【Objective】 To establish the two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) patterns of the vaginal tissue protein, analyze the differentially expressed proteins in vaginal tissues from women with pelvic organ prolapse (POP) compared with asymptomatic women by 2-DE and mass spectrometry, and find out the POP-related proteins.
【目的】 建立盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse, POP)患者及非脱垂对照者阴道组织蛋白质的双向凝胶电泳图谱,并结合质谱技术分析其差异表达蛋白质,寻找POP疾病相关蛋白,以进一步阐明POP的发病机制。
