In this paper,two ligands of pyrazino[2,3-f][1,10]phenanthrolines-pyrazino[2,3-f][1,10]phenanthroline-2,3-dicarbonitrile and pyrazino[2,3-f][1,10]phenanthroline-2,3-dicarboxylic acid have been synthesized,and two palladium(Ⅱ) complexes were obtained by the reaction of the two ligands and palladium chloride.
