性质:一类有弹性功能的功能性胶黏剂,硬化的胶层在-60~+120℃为很稳定的橡胶状弹性体,能分散或缓和各种应力,粘接处无残留应力。弹性模数和平坦部分低,伸长很大(40%~200%),破坏强度相当大。主成分是改性有机硅树脂,已开发一液型、二液型、速固化型等品种。弹性胶黏剂的特点是适于受冲击及振动的粘接,冷热高度性优异,高温高湿性好,对工程塑料粘接性优,剥离粘接强度高,低温固化性优(在0℃也能硬化,适于冬季和寒冷地施工),不需特殊的表面处理,固化收缩产生应变小,粘接耐久可靠。
