性质:又称直接光气化法聚碳酸酯。由双酚A经光气化反应制得的聚碳酸酯。具有分子量较高,副反应少的特点。机械性能、电性能和透明性较优于酯交换法聚碳酸酯。相对密度1.19~1.21,热变形温度127~138℃,连续使用温度110~116℃;拉伸强度62MPa,弯曲强度90MPa,压缩强度86MPa,冲击强度(缺口)45~50kJ/m2;体积电阻率1.0×1015Ω·cm,介质损耗因数(106Hz)0.01。以双酚A为原料,在催化剂存在下与光气进行光气化和缩聚反应制得。可用作机械工业用零部件,受力不大的紧固件;电子,电器工业用零部件;医疗器械;安全帽;飞机、车、船风挡玻璃等。
