| 治则 中医治疗疾病的总则。在治则指导下选定的具体治疗方法称为治法。治则的制定是在整体观念和辨证论治原则指导下，根据从四诊（望、闻、问、切）中获得的客观资料，对疾病分析综合的基础上提出来的对临床立法、处方、用药具有普遍指导意义的法则。它的基本内容包括：①治未病。即未病先防和既病防变两个方面。②治病求本。辨证论治的一个根本原则。强调寻求疾病原因即本进行治疗，病本能除，则标也随之而解。③ 扶正祛邪。改变邪正双方的力量对比，使之有利于疾病向痊愈方面转化 ，是指导临床治疗的重要法则。④调整阴阳。补偏救弊，恢复阴阳的相对平衡 ，是治疗的根本法则之一。⑤因人因时因地制宜。治疗上重视气候、地理、病人三者与疾病的关系，以及人体在内外因素作用下的个体差异，全面地辨证施治。治法，是在对疾病总体规律性认识的基础上，针对具体病证而选定的方法。它从属于一定的治疗法则，是治疗原则的具体体现。例如，脾虚腹胀，运用健脾行气法，就是具体的治疗方法。 |
