Objective: To investigate the pharmacological function of Sanshengwan decoction with modern medical and rheological techniques, and also to discuss the differences between injury blood stasis syndrome and yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome.
方法:采用2种血瘀证动物模型,外伤血瘀模型采用悬垂重物砸伤方法,阳虚血瘀模型采用禁食加冷冻的方法;结果:外伤血瘀模型组血浆纤维蛋白原浓度、血小板聚集功能和凝血时间3项指标明显延长,血浆黏度和凝血斜率明显下降。
