Objective:This study was designed to explore:①The inhibiting effect of Jianpi Huayu Fang in vitro on the proliferation of human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721;②The effect of Jianpi Huayu Fang in vitro on the apoptosis of human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721;③The effect of Jianpi Huayu Fang in vitro on human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721 ras/MAPK signaling pathway-related gene expression.
研究目的:本研究旨在探讨:①健脾化瘀方体外对人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721增殖的抑制;②健脾化瘀方体外对人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721凋亡的影响;③健脾化瘀方体外对人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721 ras/MAPK信号通路相关基因表达的影响。

To observe the therapeutic effects of fire draining and blood cooling therapy in the treatment of idiopathic thrombopenic purpura(ITP),45 cases were differentiated into two syndromes and then treated by draining fire and cooling blood,as well as nourishing spleen and kidney.
将 4 5例患者经分型后应用泻火凉血为主 ,配合健脾滋肾法 ,治疗 3个月。
