适应症: 用于治疗急、慢性支气管炎、肺结核、咽喉炎等症以及手术后咳痰困难者。

用量用法: 口服:每次0.1g,每日3次。气管滴入:0.25g溶于5ml溶液内滴入或雾化吸入。

注意事项: 可有恶心、呕吐、食欲不振等;偶有失眠、头晕、皮疹或使哮喘患者产生支气管痉挛。故哮喘患者慎用;严重肝脏及心脏患者忌用。水溶液放置时能缓缓分解,故应临用前配制。

规格: 片剂:0.1g;粉剂:0.25g、0.5g。
