为了分析利木赞牛对固原本地黄牛的改良效果,研究其育肥和屠宰性能,并筛选与育肥和屠宰性状相关的分子标记,本试验进行了固原本地黄牛及其利杂群体的育肥性能试验和屠宰性能测定,并利用PCR-RFLP、PCR-SSCP及测序技术分析了固原本地黄牛及其利杂群体Pit-1基因、H-FABP基因和TG基因的分子特征及其与生产性能的关系。
