目的探讨子宫内膜非典型性息肉样腺肌瘤(APA)的临床病理特点,以期提高对其诊断,鉴别诊断和治疗水平。

子宫恶性横纹肌样肿瘤
子宫恶性横纹肌样肿瘤的形态与肾内所见相同。瘤细胞为圆形或卵圆形，核位于细胞中央或偏于一侧，胞浆丰富嗜酸性，胞浆内有玻璃样小球，电镜下这种小球内含旋涡状中间微丝。免疫组织化学显示：波形蛋白(vimentin)和低分子量细胞角蛋白(cytokeratin)阳性、瘤细胞略似肌母细胞、所以最初称为横纹肌肉瘤样肿瘤，但瘤细胞无横纹，免疫组化能显示横纹肌的标记如肌红蛋白(myoglobin)和肌动蛋白(muscle actin)均阳性。
