Objective To investigate the differences among the glomerular filtration rates (GFR) estimated by MDRD equation (MDRD-GFR), estimated by simplified MDRD equation (MDRDs-GFR) and assayed with isotope 99mTc-DTPA clearance (99mTc-GFR).

Methods GFRs from 106 cases in hospital suffering from the different diseases were determined accurately by using Clearance rate of ~(99m) Tc-DTPA(Tc-GFR),and the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were determined and GFRs were calculated simultaneously by WCP formula and Robert formula(WCP-GFR,Robert-GFR) and clearance rate of creatinine was calculated by Cockcroft/Gault formula(CG-CCr).
方法采用99mTc-DTPA清除率准确测定106例不同疾病住院患者GFR(Tc-GFR),并测血清肌酐及尿素氮,同时以WCP公式、Robert公式计算GFR(WCP-GFR、Robert-GFR),以Cockcroft/Gault公式计算内生肌酐清除率(CG-CCr),所得数据进行对比研究及相关分析。
