管腔扩张度
放射学术语。X线双对比造影检查中,管腔(如胃)由气体充分且适度扩张的程度。“适度”的主要标志是纵行的粘膜皱襞应基本展平,管腔内的钡剂能随体位变动而在腔内流动。一般成年人,胃双对比造影中适度扩张的程度应为仰卧时胃角切迹至大弯之间的水平横径在7~10cm。
