性质:纸的一种涂布方法。用一根细长的刮棒对涂到纸或纸板上的涂料层进行整饰(涂布均匀),同时也起计量作用。刮棒用镀铬钢或不锈钢制成,表面光滑。刮棒涂布装置结构简单,加工容易,能适应多种低黏度涂料,广泛用于各种纸,特别是纸板的涂布。其缺点是涂布速度低,在涂布过程中纸幅张力的变化对涂布质量影响较大。
