FDS was used on all patients that were identified the breast intraductal hyperplastic disease (breast intraductal papilloma and intraductal carcinoma) by FDS.
方法 收集2001年10月至2004年1月以乳头溢液为主要症状的患者34例，患者全部经纤维乳管镜（Fiberoptic ductoscopy，FDS）检查与术后病理检查，纤维乳管镜的检查结果全部为乳管内增生性病变，包括乳管内乳头状瘤和乳管内癌。

阔韧带内浆液性乳头状囊腺瘤
起源于输卵管系膜内持续存在的副中肾管或中肾管囊肿，其结构酷似卵巢浆液性乳头状囊腺瘤。囊腔内可见多个粗细不等的乳头状突起，覆盖单层输卵管内膜样上皮或扁平上皮，间质中偶可见沙粒体。临床表现与同类卵巢瘤相同。此类肿瘤发生恶变者较少。治疗以手术为主。
