方法将2002年10月-2007年4月收治我院ICU的急性百草枯中毒患者69例分为2组:2002年10月-2005年7月收治的30例患者没有行特殊导泻治疗,作为对照组;2005年8月-2007年4月收治的39例患者为特殊组,在入院后即刻采用特殊导泄(思密达、硫酸镁、甘露醇)治疗。
