Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of Modified LiuWei DiHuang Decoction to Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,and explore the mechanism and offer the sientific basis for the further improvement and clinic application of Modified LiuWei DiHuang Decoction.
目的:观察加味六味地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病(肝肾阴虚,气阴两伤型)的临床疗效与安全性,进而探讨加味六味地黄汤的疗效机理,为进一步改善配方及推广加味六味地黄汤的应用打下基础。
补充资料：加味二妙散
炒苍术log，炒黄柏5g，肉桂 2g(后下)，半夏log，制南星log，炙远志5g，石菖蒲log，金樱子12g，芡实11g，煅牡蛎25g，(先煎)，莲须log，蛇床子log，细辛2g。水煎服，每日 1剂，15天为l疗程。治疗湿热型阳痿，身酸体困，腰膝酸软，头目胀痛，两目干涩，形体丰腴，舌苔薄黄而腻，舌红，脉细而滑。
