Objective To investigate the changes of hindpaw withdrawal mechanical threshold (HWMT), hindpaw withdrawal thermal latency (HWTL) and spinal tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) expression in rat incisional pain models.
用Dynamic Plantar Aesthesiometer和Plantar test 7375分别测定大鼠机械性痛阈和热痛阈;用RT-PCR方法测定腰脊髓TNF-αmRNA的表达,用Westernblot方法测定脊髓TNF-α蛋白的表达。
