制备方法:可用3β-羟基-5,16-孕甾二烯-20-酮3-醋酸酯即醋酸妊娠双烯醇酮先与盐酸羟胺缩合(肟化),并分子重排,生成17-乙酰氨基-3β-羟基雄甾-5,16-二烯-3-醋酸酯,然后水解脱除乙酰氨基,进而与乙炔加成,水解脱除3-位乙酰基制得该品。

用途:妊娠素、安体舒通的中间体。
