方法:采用卡介苗(BCG)和细菌脂多糖(LPS)诱导小鼠发生免疫性肝损伤,随机分为5组后,黄芪组、赤芍组、黄芪赤芍组分别给予黄芪提取物、赤芍提取物和黄芪赤芍合剂干预后,测定血清和肝组织中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。

[Objective] To investigate the inhibitive effect and possible mechanism of Astragalus and Paeoniae rubra misture on CCl4-ethanol-induced hepatic fibrosis rats.
方法以40%四氯化碳和5%乙醇制备大鼠肝纤维化动物模型,随机分为5组后,黄芪组、赤芍组、黄芪赤芍组分别给予黄芪提取物、赤芍提取物和黄芪赤芍合剂干预后,测定血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、透明质酸酶(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)水平;测定肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量;观察肝组织中LN的表达情况。
