亚急性脊髓联合变性
维生素B12缺乏引起的一种神经系统变性疾病。其病变主要在脊髓侧索、后索及周围神经，大脑白质和视神经亦常有不同程度的损害。本病多见于中年以上，维生素B12缺乏引起的神经系统损害的机理尚不明了。主要表现为肢体远端的感觉异常，下肢感觉缺失，*共济失调和痉挛性截瘫，并出现括约肌功能障碍。血清中维生素B12含量降低或恶性贫血，胃酸缺乏。针对病因给予维生素B12治疗。
