表现细胞丰富，胞核呈轻至中度异型性，核分裂象＜4/10个高倍视野。本病发病年龄较轻。表现为盆腔肿物和或腹痛。肿瘤多无包膜粘连和破裂，多呈良性病程。治疗以手术为主，应按临界恶性处理，如术中包膜破裂或粘连，应扩大手术范围，术后辅以化疗，放疗，以免晚期复发。
