Results:Six rotenoids were obtained and their structures were identified as 6a,12a-dehydro-α-toxicarol(1),6a,12a-dehydro-β-toxicarol(2),villosol(3),6-oxo-6a,12a-dehydrodeguelin(4),rotenonone(5),13-homo-13-oxa-6a,12a-dehydrodeguelin(6).
结果:分离鉴定了6个鱼藤酮类化合物,分别为:6a,12a-dehydro-α-toxicarol(1),6a,12a-dehydro-β-toxicarol(2),villosol(3),6-oxo-6a,12a-dehydrodeguelin(4),rotenonone(5)和13-homo-13-oxa-6a,12a-dehydrodeguelin(6)。

        一种杀虫剂,分子式C23H22O6。存在于亚洲热带及亚热带区所产豆科鲁藤属植物根中,在一些中草药如地瓜子、苦檀子、昆明鸡血藤根中也含有。鱼藤酮为一种六边形板状结晶;熔点165~166°C,比旋光度[α]厙-228°(苯)。鱼藤酮部分溶于水,可溶于乙醇、丙酮、四氯化碳、氯仿和乙醚等。鱼藤酮曝露于空气、光中则分解,其溶液从无色变成橘红或深红等彩色。鱼藤酮杀虫作用较强,可用作蔬莱的杀虫剂,对蚜虫的毒性较烟碱大10~15倍,对家蝇的毒性比除虫菊大6倍,对人畜没有大的危害。鱼藤酮对鱼毒性特大,浓度为 1:13000000就可使鱼类昏迷而导致死亡,故民间将鱼藤用于捕鱼。鱼藤酮的急性毒性与滴滴涕相仿,使用中仍须注意。
