The 1H-NMR and 13CNMR spectra of 3,14-dideoxyandrographolide glucoside and 14-deoxyandrographolide glucoside have been assigned based on two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy including double-quantum filtered correlation spectroscopy(DQF-COSY),total correlation spectroscopy(TOCSY),heteronuclear multiple-quantum coherence(HMQC),and heteronuclear multiple-bond correlation(HMBC).
利用柱色谱对穿心莲地上部分的提取物进行分离,得到3,14-二去氧穿心莲内酯苷和14-去氧穿心莲内酯苷。
