[目的]探讨晚期和复发的上皮性卵巢癌减瘤术中脾脏切除术的必要性和可行性。

出现于全脾切除后，尤其是在儿童时期脾切除后，临床上起病突然、凶猛，病情迅速恶化，短期内陷入休克。病理变化中可出现DIC和肾上腺皮质出血；血细菌培养阳性；无特定的局限性化脓性感染灶(脓肿)的存在。
