适应症: 用于治疗各种消化管癌(如胃癌、结肠癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、食管癌等)、肺癌、淋巴肉瘤、乳腺癌等。
用量用法:
开始时1日量20ml,如无不良反应,逐渐增大剂量,最多可至1日50ml,加入氯化钠注射液中(250~500ml)混匀,缓缓静滴,滴速控制在每分钟40~60滴,每日1次,1个疗程总量1200~1500ml。如单用本品,1个疗程结束后,休息1周,进行复查,然后继续第2疗程。如是手术病人,术后2周开始维持给药,1日50ml,每周2次,用1个月。本品亦可与化疗或放疗合用,先用本品1疗程,休息1周后,,再按常规使用化疗或放疗,可减轻化疗药物的毒副作用,提高机体免疫功能。
注意事项:
1.用前将注射液振摇均匀后与等渗盐水混匀。 2.偶有面部发热,仅需减慢滴速即能恢复正常。 3.禁用于直接静脉推注,以免危险。 4.开始用药2~3日内白细胞可能略有下降,继续给药随即回升至正常水平。
规格: 针剂:10ml。
