纵向压缩暴力使颈5~7椎体向前后左右裂开或粉碎,骨块可压迫脊髓或神经根。CT扫描可明确诊断。治疗主要是颅骨牵引,如骨块不能复位或有脊髓压迫者,作手术减压和前路融合术。
