Methods From Jun 2003 to Dec 2006,Using with four methods to repair 32 patients complex hypospaias:pudendal-thigt split thickness skin free grafts to reconstructed urethra,buccal mucosa free grafts to reconstructed urethra,buccal mucos combined with a local turn-over flap and pudendal-thigt split thickness skin with a local turn-over flap to reconstructed urethra.
方法:2003年6月至2006年12月对32例复杂尿道下裂分别采用阴股沟中厚皮片游离移植、口腔粘膜游离移植、口腔粘膜耦合局部皮瓣、阴股沟中厚皮片耦合局部皮瓣再造尿道4种方法修复各型复杂尿道下裂。

| 口腔粘膜病 oral mucosa，diseases of 口腔某一部位粘膜的正常色泽、外形、完整性与功能等发生改变的疾病。病变种类繁多，可以组合成复杂多样的损害。有些全身性疾病也在口腔粘膜上有所表现，而有些口腔表征可作为全身疾病诊断的依据或线索。其发病因素方面，除了少数与口腔条件直接相关外，绝大多数与全身或系统因素的关系密切(见表1)。随着免疫学研究的不断发展，发现与自身免疫有关的口腔粘膜病在临床上已屡见不鲜，如慢性盘状红斑狼疮、天疱疮、类天疱疮、舍格林氏综合征、白塞氏综合征以及结节病等。口腔粘膜病除一些疾病的病因较明确外，较多种疾病的病因仍不清楚。常见的口腔粘膜病及其临床特征（见下表2）。
