疠风病痉 病证名。麻风病人兼见病痉之证候。出《疠疡机要》卷上。该证之兼见者，多因内虚复亡伤津液，血虚使筋失所养而成。若证见颈项强直、口噤、腰脊过伸等痉病证候，治宜大补气血之剂，方选八味地黄或十全大补之品。
