传统心理治疗技术(traditional psyeho-七herapeutie teehoiques)这里传统心理治疗一词是指从19世纪末期开始的现代心理治疗(如精神分析法和行为治疗等)以外，具有古代文化特征和宗教迷信色彩的一系列仪式活动，如舞动、跳神、驱鬼、念咒、拍打和导引等。在当时科学文化落后情况下，这些传统方法往往带有神秘性，由于这些人的特殊活动仪式以及对病人的关心和护理等给予病人一种可信赖感和安全感，因而具有某些安慰和暗示作用，确实治愈了部分病人。随着神经生理学、神经内分泌学、心理学和信息论等学科的发展，为古老的保健养生术、躯体疗法和某些宗教活动仪式防病治病的有效性，提供了科学的解释，使这些方法成为一类传统心理治疗技术。如日本的禅宗训练、印度的瑜咖、西方的默想和超觉静坐及中国的气功锻炼，主要是训练和调整人体心理生理功能，增强机体的抗病能力和代偿功能、祛病延寿，对某些心身疾病、失眠和轻度心理障碍有明显疗效。 (单怀海撰徐俊见审)
