Methods Aeromedical transport practice of 5 Chinese wounded personnel carried out after earthquake in 2003 May in Algeria was reviewed,and various factors affecting aeromedical transport,including planning of transport,installing of medical personnel and equipments,monitoring of the wounded in the air and psychotherapy were discussed.

Based on analyzing the situation of medical movement system, the authors put forward the strategies as follows: setting up the restrictive mechanism of medical action, conducting macro-regulation of the market for public health services through structural reformand, paying more attention to manpower resources by establishing public health institutions.
