In order to look for the influencing factors of the single-fetus delivery inpatient expenditure and rationally control the excess growth of the insured patients,this paper makes an in-deep analysis of single-fetus delivery inpatient expenditure.

This thesis hails the urgency of health legislation of China from the perspective of China-US comparative study,which covers the aspects of health cost containment,patient protection,health insurance,doctor surveillance etc;and stresses the mutual differences of legislative enforcement,legislative perspective and prospectiveness—which leave great mar- gin for improvement.

Based on the survey of rural patients medical-care-seeking behavior in an area of Hubei,the study probed the patients behaviors and decisions in choosing medical services and their ideas on developing rural public health,then described the influences of NCMS on the local farmers.
