The treatment of staghorn renal calculus is of the fairly difficult in urology, the open operative method is still the major method to cure this disease.

Methods Operative method,choice of surgical approach and treatment outcome of 15 cases with rectal stromal tumors admitted from January 2000 to January 2007 in Zhongnan hospital of Wuhan university were analyzed retrospectively.
