即烷化剂(如环磷酰胺、氮芥等)。为抗肿瘤药物,它们的细胞毒作用主要在于烷化DNA分子中的鸟嘌呤或腺嘌呤等,引起单链断裂,双螺旋链交联,因而改变DNA的结构而损害其功能,妨碍RNA合成,从而抑制细胞有丝分裂。另外烷化剂又是免疫抑制剂,抑制抗原敏感细胞的活动,阻断免疫母细胞的出现,伸进小淋巴细胞的分解,使其数目减少。临床常用于治疗肿瘤、难治性肾病等。
