In order to control the dispersion quantity of wood dust, approaches for reducing the wood dust in air based on cutting and tool technology are discussed.
木粉尘是我国木材加工企业环境污染及产生职业病的主要原因,为控制木粉尘产生量和散发量,笔者从切削及刀具技术角度探讨了降低空气中粉尘浓度的途径;指出粉尘是木材切削加工的产物,其产生量与散发量直接与木材切削方式、切削条件和刀具的结构密切相关;提出研究无屑、少屑和顺畅排屑等方面木材切削和刀具技术的重要性。

榉木 榆科。落叶乔木,高可达25米。小枝细,叶互生,排为两列,椭圆状卵形,单锯齿,羽状脉,有毛,叶柄甚短。春季开花,单性,雌雄同株。坚果小,上部歪,直径约4毫米。分布我国淮河以南各地区。喜光,喜温暖气候及肥沃湿润土壤。木材坚实,耐水湿。为优良家具用材,又可供造船、建筑、桥梁等用。
