补充资料：云苓黄精生蚝汤
《本草纲目》记载为：“做食之，能白洁皮肤、补肾壮阳，并能活虚，解丹毒。”生蚝肉含蛋白质、氨基酸和多种维生素，功能滋阴补血，消结抗癌，以中药云苓和黄精煲生蚝和鸡肉，则有补血养气、滋润心脾的作用。
云苓能宁心安神、健脾渗湿，黄精能养血滋阴，而红枣则能补气补血。合而为汤，虽略带少许淡淡的中药气味，但毕竟鲜蚝和鸡肉味美，实为秋日之靓汤。
材料：云苓、黄精各20克，红枣8个，新鲜生蚝300克，鸡肉350克，生姜3片。
烹制：各药材洗净，稍浸泡，红枣去核，生蚝浸泡、洗净；鲜鸡肉洗净。然后生蚝和鸡肉置沸水稍滚(即“飞水”)，药材用煲汤袋装。一起与生姜放进瓦煲内，加入清水2500毫升(约10碗水量)，武火煲沸改文火煲2小时，调入适量食盐和少许生油便可。药材弃之，此量可供3～4人用。
