针灸大成
针灸专著。又名《针灸大全》。10卷。明杨继洲(济时)撰，刊于万历二十九年(1601年)。作者根据家传《卫生针灸玄机秘要》(简称《玄机秘要》)，参考明以前20余种针灸学著作，并结合作者针灸临床经验编成此书。卷1首载仰、伏人周身总穴图，针道源流，次载《针灸直指》，包括选自《内经》、《难经》17篇有关针灸论述；卷2为周身经穴赋、百症赋、标幽赋等10个针灸歌赋；卷3为五运、六气歌、百穴法歌等20个歌赋及针灸问答；卷4为仰伏人尺寸图、背俞、腹部穴歌、中指取寸、九针论、针法补泻、针灸禁忌等；卷5为井荥俞原经合穴、子午流注针法、灵龟八法等；卷6～7为五脏六腑、十四经穴之主治、经穴歌、考证法、奇经八脉、经外奇穴等；卷8载《神应经》穴法及诸风、伤寒、痰喘咳嗽等临床各科疾病针灸取穴法；卷9选录各家针法及灸法，并附杨氏本人之针灸医案；卷10附陈氏(佚名)《小儿按摩经》(系现存最早之小儿按摩专书，赖此书之转载而得以流传)。本书较全面论述针灸理论、操作手法等，并考定腧穴名称和部位，记述历代名家针灸医案，为对明以前针灸学术的又一总结，是学习研究针灸的重要参考著作。现有初刻本及其他版本50余种。建国后有排印本、影印本出版。并有法、日等外文译本。
