Methods: In 184 patients with pulpitis root canal was prepared with hand-use ProTaper using crown-down technique, then were randomly divided into two groups:1-visit RCT and 2-visit RCT group.
方法:选择患有牙髓炎磨牙直根管患牙184例,采用ProTaper手用镍钛锉逐步深入技术预备根管后,随机分为2组:一次法根管治疗组行牙胶尖加碧兰根管糊剂侧方加压技术充填根管,2次法根管治疗组根管内封入樟脑酚棉球,待无症状后再行根充,比较2组治疗后1、7、30d患者疼痛反应情况。

闭塞性脑血管病的溶栓治疗术
介入放射学技术。闭塞性脑血管病为因栓塞或血液动力学改变而发生的卒中。脑血管闭塞的介入性溶栓术是为了缩短脑缺血的时间，最大限度地恢复脑功能。溶栓药物为链激酶和尿激酶。先行全脑四条血管造影，明确血栓形成部位。使用1.98mm(6F)与0.99mm(3F)同轴导管，使导管尽可能接近血栓部位，溶栓剂用输液泵经0.99mm(3F)导管输入，也可用球囊导管将栓塞血管的近端闭塞，提高局部浓度。溶栓后，将血管鞘留在血管内，固定在皮肤上，防止穿刺点出现血肿，次日拔出血管鞘压迫止血。出血是最危险并发症，应注意生化监测。
